You will become an integral member of theirexecutive team and play a big part in solving complex business problems. You will focus on strategic planning, managed service development, revenue generation, and commercial execution, as well as getting involved in steering the wider business strategy, witha focus on customer expansion, as well as scaling their new business operation.Within this role you will be involved with:* Managing the Sales and Marketing team to drive new business across all customer sectors. * Own the Sales and Marketing process and pipeline from delivering unqualified leads to securing signed deals. * Creating and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies, contractor accountants, and umbrella companies. * Be an industry thought leader, attend events, build, and maintain your personal and company brand. * Collaborate with other departments to advice and consult on strategies, such as pricing, KPIs, revenue targets and more.The ideal candidate will be happy to muck-in and assist where needed to get deals over the line, they will be leading from the front line, involved with demos, lead generation and more.
