Job Description

We are looking for an exiting sales candidate with at least 1 years sales experience to join our vibrant accountancy firm. We are an employee-owned, umbrella company based in the heart of Stockport that handles accountancy, tax and payroll for independentcontractors and small to medium-sized businesses. The role comes with an attractive base salary of 22,000 with OTEs up to £10,000 in your first year as well as annual incentive trips and amazing flexible working spaces!The role also comes with other great beenfits such as:* Minimum 34 days holiday (rising with service) including birthday off* Monthly team get togethers* Company incentive targets (previously Las Vegas, Barcelona, New York and more)* Brand New office with games room, bar, pool table and flexible working space* Fresh fruit daily* Employee Healthcare membershipAs a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for communicating with clients looking to set up with an accountancy company, demonstrating excellent customer care. Here are some of the areas you would be working if you were to join us:

  • Outbound sales calls (warm leads only), fact finding to asses their situation and converting them into sales
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Dealing with emails in a professional manner
  • Upselling and cross-selling whenevr possible
To apply, you will need experience communicating with clients and dealing with incoming telephone calls. This requires the following:
  • Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
  • At least 1 years experience in a sales role (ideally outbound telephone-based) environment (preferred)
  • A gregarious and engaging telephone manner, with an aptitude for customer service.
  • Sociable and positive personality
  • Competent with Microsoft Office
  • Target driven & money motivated
  • Previous experience in any of the following roles: Sales Advisor, Sales Executive, New Business Executive
