Would you like the opportunity to be involved in something really special, using your customer service experience and languages skills in English and Portuguese About The Role: · As a multilingual customer service executive you will be primarily responsible for managing, and responding to customer enquiries via e-mail, live chat, and telephone · Looking after the Brazilian Portuguese speaking clients · Advising customers on hospitality policies and regulations · Manage customer enquiries directly through web customer enquiries and via internal colleagues for corporate clients · Supporting the Customer Service Team Leader in order to ensure the timely delivery of the official hospitality programme · Using your Brazilian Portuguese and English skills you will be translating internal documents for use in the customer process · Data input using Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, CRM, and PowerPoint, and also using the bespoke internal systems · Any other administration tasks as required by the Customer Service Team Leader · Assist in the preparation of CRM communications, and other written documents Essential Skills & Experience · Customer Service and administrative experience in a professional, fast paced environment · Fluent to business level both written and verbal in English and Brazilian Portuguese · You must be customer focused with excellent telephone manners · Self-motivated, organised, professional, and conscientious · Good numeracy and problem-solving skills · Able to work under pressure and demonstrate a flexible approach to working hours · Previous knowledge of the main Microsoft Office tools Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint About The Benefits · Working 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday Some flexibility on hours is potential · 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays · Life assurance · Contributory pension scheme 5% To Apply If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV to us today!
