Job Description

  • Matching purchase orders to purchase invoices
  • Managing the supplier inbox to resolve queries and other requests
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Expenses payment collation and setup
  • Setting up supplier payments aligned to credit terms
  • Forecasting supplier payments
  • Running accruals and prepayments reports for month end
  • Build relationships both internally and with suppliers
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve any blockers to invoice processing/payment
Our client is looking for a candidate who has:
  • Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
