Job Description

The OSB Talent Acquisition Team is an integral part of the wider HR team of approximately twenty across Chatham in Kent and Wolverhampton.The team is responsible for all the Talent Acquisition across the group, we support the businesses hiring needs at all levels, ensuring an effective approach, whilst offering a positive candidate experience.We are recruiting for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, to be based in Chatham.The key purpose of this role is to offer best in class customer service to hiring managers and provide a quality candidate experience to applicants.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing recruitment process for all assigned positions, from approval to offer.
  • Providing guidance on the talent acquisition lifecycle to the business.
  • Providing professional support and guidance, in conjunction with the HR team, at all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Supporting the use of direct hiring strategies to reduce reliance on agency recruitment costs.
  • Supporting our vision to implement employer branding strategies to raise our company profile.
  • Partnering with the HR teams and business area leaders to deliver a seamless service from the HR Team.
We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:
  • Previous inhouse recruitment experience, managing an end to end recruitment process
  • Excellent communications skills, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
