Job Description

About the team: The Collections team ensure the efficient and timely collection of residential and commercial arrears whilst maintaining a proactive collections strategy.We are commencing our search for two Senior Collections Consultants!About us: At OneSavings Bank, were proud to be an award-winning bank, with great customer satisfaction scores.We began trading as a bank in 2011 and were admitted to the main market of the London Stock Exchange in 2014, joining the FTSE 250 in June 2015. They have three complementary brands: Charter Savings Bank; Precise Mortgages; Exact Mortgage Experts.What you will be doing: In this role, you will be the technical expert and first line of support for the Collections Consultants in respect of the management of arrears loans.Your responsibilities will include…

  • Amending mortgage accounts as necessary ensuring accurate data entry onto the mortgage servicing system
  • Identifying accounts to be considered for litigation and preparing necessary paperwork
  • Overseeing the preparation and issue of Formal Demands, Pre Enforcement Security Review and Law of Property Act Receiver Instructions
  • Communicating with customers efficiently via the telephone, email and in writing
  • Mentoring the Collections Consultants in the UK and OSBI
  • Deputising for the Team Leader in their absence
  • In return for your commitment: We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £24,000 - £27,500 and a competitive benefits package including:

  • Strong knowledge of arrears management
