Job Description

A independent Lettings Agency are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join the lettings and property management team. We are looking for someone who is hard-working, very organised, can work well under pressure when needed with excellent IT/Administrationskills.This is a fantastic opportunity to join and grow alongside a fast growing family run property business in Chatham/Lordswood Kent. MUST HAVE OWN CAR.Responsibilities:

  • Preparing tenancy agreements
  • Add tenancy information onto the inhouse software package.
  • Keep inhouse systems, logs and social media updated daily.
  • Deal with office telephone, mobile, and email enquiries promptly. (Company mobile will be given).
  • Communicate effectively with all landlords, tenants and contractors.
  • Maintain an excellent working relationship with all landlords, tenants and contractors.
  • Arranging and organising diary for viewings, check ins, inspections.
  • Carry out viewings, check ins and inspections in Canterbury and helping other members of staff cover Medway if needed.
  • Advertising new rooms and properties on portals and website.
  • Booking in safety checks, inspections and maintenance jobs with engineers.
  • General administration.
Requirements:
  • Great friendly telephone manner
  • Well-presented, confident manner, professional in appearance.
  • Good communication and organisational skills Excellent coordination skills with good attention to detail.
  • You must have a full, clean UK licence & own car. You will be travelling to Canterbury regularly. (Mileage paid)
  • Minimum 1 years industry experience ideally (Training Can be given)
  • You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Be able to prioritise, be positive and have a good attitude
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, word press
  • Salary/ Package: DOA

Working hours:MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVERY SATURDAY. Timings can be flexible to suit your needs.Option 1: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm, Saturdays 9am -1pm or 10am- 2pm.Option 2: 4 Days during the week with one day off (your choice) Saturdays 9am -3pm or 10am- 4pm.
