Job Description

Inbound Customer ServiceChathamRota - 6am-2pm 2pm-10pm Weekends worked from home This role, joining a market-leading technical company, would suit somebody who wants to work in a relaxed, positive environment that offers career progression.The role of Customer Service includes:-

  • Acknowledging inbound email, live chat or occasional phone queries
  • Following set processes to record and track issues
  • Follow set procedures to monitor issues and flag as concerns
  • Check fleet schedules and cross-reference with timetables
  • Raise tickets for the technical team to investigate
To be considered for the role of Customer Service, you should have:-
  • An interest or understanding of basic technical / computer skills, or an interest in learning
  • The ability to work to processes and procedures, following set actions
  • Clear communication skills, able to give information in an easy to understand format
This role is worked on a 7day rota, including approx 2 weeks per month, which can be worked from home. It also offers excellent career and training opportunitiesPlease contact me for more information
