Business Process Change Manager - £850 PD IIR35 - 6 months A leading FTSE 250 finance corporation is currently recruiting a Business Change Manager who possess strong line management / data analysis / financial service experience and has led a non-IT change / transformation project within a regulated environment.Thekey purpose of this role is to support and manage a small team based in the UK and India in the design, approval and implementation of a business process change and governance framework (non IT) providing on-going management, process design, and continuedmonitoring of the business change activity acting as the interface between Business Services and operational users ensuring full compliance to regulation, business SLAs and customer expectations. This a hybrid role to be based in either Chatham or Wolverhampton. Additionally a key requirement of the role is to provide change governance support and project management of critical changes that are required to support Business Services processes, regulatory reporting, system and procedural change. The role will have responsibilityfor oversight for the Group Customer Regulatory Reporting activities which include but are not limited to; Customer Returns to HMRC, Single Customer View Testing and reporting, Monthly and Annual Statement Mailings, divisional set up and testing, the reviewand management of change to the Groups Tariff(s) of Fees and Charges, mailing activity associated to the Groups Annual General Meeting, complaint returns to the FCA and Operational business continuity planning/testing for area of responsibility.Core Responsibilities: Development and implementation of Business Process Change Framework (non IT) to include operational support and servicing teams and provide oversight for Business Services change governance programme including system and process Small/Large/Regulatory projectsincluding but not limited to HMRC (ISA, BBSI, AEOI), Single Customer View and Continuity of Access. Manage and coach a small support team, in the delivery of agreed schedule of events relating to key regulatory activity across the Groups Savings and Mortgages portfolios. Develop effective department SLAs, KPIs and quality standards which are aligned to the agreed intragroup arrangements ensuring these are relevant and aligned to staff objectives and reporting. Development and review department training material and workable training documentation for all processes and activities which you are responsible for. Identify areas of opportunity and change through regulatory reporting and operational process review, detail requirements and provide recommendations. Develop and conduct testing on assigned Level 1 control tests for validation/adherence to identify continual development and risk mitigation of identified process risks and carried out in line with the Ops QA standards and all department process risks aredocumented in the department risk assessment matrix.Experience Requirements: 3 years recent experience in Line Management and developing staff is essential 2 years recent experience in a process design and data analysis role is essential 2 years recent experience in a risk control self-assessment or quality assurance role is essential 2 years previous experience working in a UK Financial Services organisation is essential Detailed knowledge of development and reporting on data quality metrics is essential Excellent knowledge of governance structures and chairing of committee meetings is essential Excellent knowledge of change management principles, incident and project management is essential Detailed knowledge of HMRC retail customer regulatory reporting is desirable Specialist knowledge of FSCS (SCV) and access of continuity processes is desirable Detailed knowledge of the OECD Common reporting standards (CRS) / Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) is desirable Prince 2 or similar change management and implementation qualifications are essential £850 PD - Inside IR 35 - 6 month rolling contract - 1 stage video interview - to start ASAP - based in either Chatham or Wolverhampton with willingness to go into the office on a weekly basis if required.
