Job Description

Are you an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager/ Branch Manager looking for a progressive new challengeOur clients are a hugely successful agency that offers their staff fantastic benefits, support and progression. Working hours:As a Branch Manager, you will required to work full time including Saturdays on a rota basisThe successful Branch Manager will have the following:
  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience as a Sales/ Branch Manager
  • Previous valuation experience and track record of winning sales instructions
  • Hard-working and results-driven individual
  • Excellent ability to build rapport and motivate a team
  • Motivated to exceed personal and branch targets
  • Enthusiastic and engaging personality
  • Exceptional customer service skills
Responsibilities included in the role of a Branch Manager:
  • Holding morning meetings
  • Conducting 1-2-1’s and setting team targets
  • Meet/ exceeding personal and branch targets
  • Motivating your team with enthusiasm, incentives and rewards
  • Maximising income and profit - being proactive with leads, leading by example to encourage team productivity
  • Building and maintaining excellent rapport with customers, clients and 3rd parties alike
  • Liaising with potential buyers and arranging property viewings accordingly
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
