Job Description

Berth Sales Executive - Home basedThis is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and self-motivated Sales Executive or Sales Consultant to join a successful operator of Marina’s in a new role as a Berthing Sales Executive. My client recognises that the key to their success is their people and that’s why they offer a fantastic, progressive and challenging working environment. A Sales Executive with a proven background in telesales/business development or corporate sales with an exceptional customer focus is the ideal candidate.Summary of Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • This role is responsible for an areas annual berthing sales performance working with Marina Managers to target new annual berth holders and to help drive other income lines such as Storage, New Boat Yard enquires and possible commercial sales.
  • You will be expected to review and manage the sales funnel for your area, achieve sales volume and conversion KPI’s. You will be expected to brief the Marina Managers and their teams as required on the sales pipeline for their site.
  • You will be responsible for updated your productivity through the CRM system ensuring all KPI reporting is accurate and up to date.
  • You will assist the marketing team, through the NPS scores seen for your area and help them to ensure prospecting communications relate to the sale of any of our core income lines
  • You will provide the Sales and Marketing Director with meaningful information about the marketplace including customer feedback and competitor analysis.
  • You are expected to actively follow the MDL sales process and complete any administration in line with the MDL Operations manual
  • The successful candidate will have a sales and service focused background with experience selling or promoting a premium product. A Sales Executive with an effective and influential communication style coupled with a target driven mentality is ideal!
