Training and development is encouraged within the company and there is scope for the right person to develop through the business.The core responsibilities of this role will be the management of the Manufacturing processes and Quality Management Systems for the site and ensuring that appropriate standards are adhered to. You will be overseeing a small team and also be a champion of continuous improvements and aiding with the implementation of Lean practices.The right candidate will have previously worked in a Metallurgy environment and will have a good knowledge of working to industry accreditations.
