Maximising downtime and increasing efficiency across the whole site
Comply with and support the EHS polices and processes and making sure all EHS training is adhered to
Overseeing the whole production process including drawing a production schedule
Managing 4 Direct reports and 30 Indirect reports

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

LEAN qualification
People/Man management skills
Heavy manufacturing background - Aerospace/Automotive
Knowledge of AS9100
