We are looking for Lead Support Workers in the Chard area.This role would ideally suit someone with care experience looking for career progression while lone working.As a Lead Support Worker you will be working out of our Community Outreach Hubs delivering a blend of 121 support within the community and group work in the hub.About the role:Your role is to ensure that the people you are supporting can achieve their goals, which includes engaging in the activities they enjoy. Across our services there are a range of interests and some of those include visiting nature groups, dog walking, beingout in the community, date days, date nights, going on the canal boats and much more.Its your role to ensure that the people you are supporting are living the lives they choose and on a day-to-day basis.We will also provide you with a phone and tablet to support the flexible working and to keep records up to date.
