Are you a Customer Service superstar Enjoy helping your customers and going the extra mile to problem solve and ensure they receive the best level of service We are working with a worldwide specialist in kitchenware and kitchen designwho are looking for aCustomer Service Advisor to support their existingand expanding Service team looking after a portfolioof customers.This role is based in beautiful, modern and spacious offices in Chard, Somerset and you will be working with high quality and beautifully crafted specialistproducts. This Customer Service Advisor position is joining a fantastic team with manyyears experience between them and lots of room to grow, progress and create your own role within this supportive and encouraging company.As a Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with customer queries by phone and email on service requirements for their products, which includes arranging engineers to attend their homes for repair and maintenance of kitchen products or supply replacements parts to be fitted.This Customer Service Advisor role is very varied and may involve tracking down missing components, taking parts to a locally based customer, providing technical support by phone, giving directions and details to engineers or assistingwith a stock take.   • Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
  • Providing high levels of customer care to all clients to ensure quick and efficient management of requirements
  • Arranging engineer visits for maintenance and repair
  • Ordering and dispatchingparts to customers
  • Providing advise and guidance by telephone to customers.
We are looking for candidates with strong customer service skills, who are adaptable and enjoy problem solving and have a passion for learning and helping others. If you have previouslyworked in Recruitment, After Sales or Account Management then this is afantastic opportunity to learn and develop with products which absolutely sell themselves!Previous roles as a: Customer Service Advisor, Sales Manager, After Sales administrator, Customer Service Administrator, Account Manager, Account Handler, Project Officer, Client Account Manager, Insurance Consultant, Customer Service Supervisor, Service Advisor,or experience within Kitchen and Bathroom Sales.In exchange our client is offering a competitivesalary of £23 - 27k per annum,25 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays, pension contribution, childcare vouchers, cycle to work schemes, free on site parking and regular home made cakes to share.For more information about this role please apply online or contact us directly and we will be happy to help.
