Your main responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and contacting potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Managing existing accounts and proactively upselling our products to meet sales targets.
• Providing excellent customer service and support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to better serve our customers.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of pumps or related technical products is an advantage, but not essential.

Location and Salary:This position is based at our Chandlers Ford location in Southampton, where you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team. The salary for this role ranges from £24,000 to £25,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
