K&D are delighted to be working with our client with a role based at their Oldham site, Due to growth they are looking for an experienced senior Administrator who has good all round skills within Administration, the role is an active one, lots of liaisingwithin departments working in different parts of the building speaking to customers and people in different internal departments however this position is a standalone role.Do you like working in a fast paced environment where you can see the results of your work and you will keep learning new skills If this sounds like you, then we would love you to get in touch.What is in the role for you Salary paying between£28-30-K depending on experience, 22 days holiday + bank holidays, and a generous 4%/4% Employer/Employee Contribution Pension Scheme. Hours are 8.00-5.30 Monday - Friday.Day to Day Tasks include:Adding, maintaining, and updating new and existing data in the SAP Business One company databases. Ensuring data is correct, accurate and adheres to correct procedures. Performing mass updating of data within SAP using Data Transfer Workbench.SAP Crystal reports - The creation, maintenance and amending of Crystal Report layout and reports in use within Insphire & SAP. Creation of new records and maintaining the data within the Service module of SAP Business One.Adding new data and maintaining/cleansing existing data in Insphire office system and ensuring this data is replicated in SAPCreating Boyum B1UP customisations for SAP Business One. Maintaining hire rates in Insphire - Customer specific and general hire rates. Maintaining Equipment forms, ensuring these items are updated correctly in Insphire and SAPMaintaining the qualifications/training Matrix for Staff and Agency/Sub Contractors, including uploading and hyperlinking the relevant documentation. Updating SAP Business Partner accounts with the Domestic Rate Charges information.Experience, Knowledge & Skills: Exposure to SAP Business One, specifically where related to master data creation and maintenance. Highly computer literate - advanced excel.Nice to have: Where possible have an exposure to data analysis tools including data warehouses, reporting cubes, SQL coding language, TM1, Master Data Services, Produmex Scan and Boyum B1 Usability Package. Working Knowledge of Insphire would be advantageous.Strong character - be able to reject requests which are not in line with requirements.Strong Team Player - works closely with other team members plus the wider group to ensure master data is accurate.
