Job Description

Reception Team MemberWe are looking to recruit Reception Team Membersto join the team.As aReceptionTeam Memberyou will be thefirst face to greet our guests and give them a great impression of our amazing hotel. Dealing with our guests on a daily basisand supporting the Management team, youll be an expert in communicationand know how to work well as part of a team.Reception Team Memberbenefits include:

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet guests and visitors to the Hotel
  • Manage face to face, on line and telephone bookings
  • Check all reservations and room allocations
  • Handle guest queries and requirements
  • Check guests in and out of the Hotel
  • Prepare restaurant reservations
  • Maintain occupancy levels on the computer system
  • Manage the computer system including room rates and changes
  • Dealwith customer requirements, complaints and service issues
  • Handle cash and card payments
  • Ensure a safe environment in which to work; report any hazard or maintenance defects immediately
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance

(You can enjoy this too when youre on shift ) Have noexperience in hospitality Not a problem as we love training people on all aspects of the job and ensure you excel in which ever role you decide to choose! We have a team of 60+ across the business and we are all 1 big family. We have a large beer garden whichoverlooks the Rochdale Canal and the sunsets that we get are lovely.We also have 50 newly renovated bedrooms, so we have shifts to suit a wide variety of candidates.We also have a large open-plan kitchen and run off full main menu, as well as having a Carveryoffering, everyday.We are open Mon-Fri, 7am to 11pm, Sat-Sun, 8am to Midnight.
