We’re also part of the FTSE 100 company Ashtead Group plc, the second largest equipment rental company in the world.We are continuing to experience an exciting period of company growth, so it’s a great time to join our team, where you will play a key role in our commitment to “Deliver Service Excellence”.On a day-day basis you’ll work on the busy hire desk, building great working relationships and product knowledge that you’ll use to translate customers’ requirements into the rental products and services that meet their needs, whilst also maximising sales opportunities. You’ll be an ambassador for our “Customer First” culture, resolving any issues quickly and keeping your customers informed.It will also be your role to manage the hire contract administration and ensure that this is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Naturally you’ll be a great co-ordinator and collaborator, as you’ll liaise with the workshop teams daily about equipment and ensuring that a ‘best in class’ service is delivered to all Utilities Customers.This is a fixed term position for 6 months.About The Candidate
