A short assignment of 2-month contract has arisen for an experienced Medical Receptionist to work for a UK’s leading Private Fertility Clinic based in the heart of Central London. This is perfect for anyone to develop their skills and experience furtherand open more doors to their career. Hours will be 9.00 – 5.30 pm Monday – Friday.The ideal candidate will need to collect the patient and take them down into the Andrology Dept and to speak to the patient privately, in person, to ask them if they would allow their sample to be used in a trial to facilitate a new at-home sample collectiontest. The wording will be provided and will be worded in a friendly manor.We need someone confident, friendly and well presented, who doesn’t mind going up and down stairs a lot and who is happy to discuss this delicate subject.In between patients they will help out with some admin tasks in the office.If you have had proven Receptionist experience, essentially within the Private Medical or Healthcare industry (ideally within fertility) and have adopted a positive attitude to meeting and greeting and working with private patients of all different backgroundson a daily basis, then this may be the ideal role for you.I look forward to hearing from you.
