Job Description

Membership Process Manager£50,000 - £52,000Central London (remote/hybrid)My client is a professional trade representative body that provides high end services to their members.Based in the Central London they are established and well known within the professional services arena. I am looking for aMembership Process Manager that has got experience with administration of a large membership database and can manipulate data and integrate new process. This is a role that will be evolved into managing a new database that you will be involvedin from inception to completion. The successful candidates will be experienced within a similar role and have experience of policy and the procedures of a membership organisation.THE ROLE:

  • Ensure relevant processes are documented, understood and applied by team members.
  • Oversee process and procedure development activities and related training activities.
  • Review process performance reporting and data integrity reporting to ensure standards are being met and take appropriate actions if that is not the case.
  • Participate in (CRM) supplier relationship meetings as required to ensure performance expectations are met and variances are escalated and addressed.
  • Manage the annual membership renewals process. Working with the Finance and Marketing teams to deliver a successful process with issues identified at the earliest possible stage and flagged where necessary.
  • Monitor processing of initial enrolment and renewal delegating to Member Services Executives or Administrators as appropriate.
  • Manage the enrolments and renewals process and related relationships for a portfolio of group memberships

  • Strong CRM background, including reporting and extracting

  • Previous experience working in a Professional body or Educational institute
