You could progress from a Graduate Trainee to a Senior Recruitment Consultant within a year!The Junior Recruitment Consultant Role:

  • Generating new business for the company
  • Negotiating fees

  • Keeping in touch with clients to best understand their needs and maintain strong working relationships
