Job Description

Job Title: HR Projects Manager, Global Location: London with regular travel to local offices Salary: CompetitiveJob type: 12 Month Secondment ROLE MISSION The HR Projects Manager will play an integral role in coordinating and delivering HR project activity associated with major business change programmes, with a particular focus on development & employee experience. Reporting to the CHRO, and working closely with the global HR teams, the role will blend both knowledge of HR process and best practice with a clear understanding of coordinating and delivering against key deadlines. The role will also play an integral part in ensuring the management, analysis and communication of key people data and management information.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working with the CHRO, to deliver on priorities projects to deliver the people.
  • Collaborating with people ambassadors and diverse groups across Kantar to leverage best practice examples and drive forward inclusive activity
  • Monitoring and reporting on people metrics to support and make key decisions around people activity and measure progress.
  • Acting as an Everyday Engagement Brand Champion, coordinate process for Kantars Engagement Survey, ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to stakeholders
  • Supporting with everyday engagement action planning at both a global and local level, leveraging best practice and actively encouraging those involved to share their success stories
  • Working with the CHRO and HRDs identify challenges and seek out opportunities for continuous improvement to employee experience and people processes
  • Acting as an ambassador for Workday, identifying opportunities to further embed this system and supporting employees with related queries
