Job Description

Festival Republic is the UKs largest festival and event promoter. The team organises festivals including Reading and Leeds, Isle of Wright, Latitude, Download, Wireless, Electric Picnic, Lollapalooza Berlin and Community.As an Finance and Administration Assistant for Festival Republic, you will work closely with the Account Payable, Banking and operations teams to ensure transactions are processed accurately.Festival Republic is part of Live Nation Entertainment, which is the worlds leading live entertainment company comprised of global market leaders: Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, LN Media and Artist Nation Management.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Purchase invoice authorisation
  • Ensure tmely payment of purchase invoices
  • Artist payments, including contract reviews
  • Raise sales invoices
  • Credit Control
  • Cash book requests
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Processing accurate expenses for production & licensing colleagues
  • Assist with the accurate management of festival P&Ls
  • REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience of working in a finance department
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Strong Excel
  • Committed to getting the job done and delivering to agreed deadlines
  • Great attention to detail, presentation and passionate about getting it right first time
  • Confident in your communication skills with good commercial awareness
  • Pro-active approach to problem solving
