Job Description

Global Librarian / Digital Asset Manager - £23k to £25k + Benefits - Central LondonThis opportunity for a Global Librarian / Digital Asset Manager, is an exciting post joining a leading Creative Marketing / Digital Asset Management company in central London. You will be working on a prestegious well-known account, which will include a lot of client communication and meetings, as well as a lot of data and DAM work, using their systems and excel spreadsheets etc. This is not a creative role but the Global Librarian / Digital Asset Manager, will be repsonsible for working closely with client stakeholders, their direct team and account leadership; as well as other colleagues; in day-to-day operational activities.You will be a detail-oriented person that is always focused on quality control. You have the ability to follow a structured process while allowing for needed flexibility when software or schedule require changes to the process.SALARY ETC:

  • £23k to £25k + excellent benefits and opportunites to progress
  • Location: Central London with occassional international travel

  • DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
  • Review of all prioritized assets from migration
  • Conducts metadata review, cleansing, enrichment and validation
  • Identify and resolve errors in metadata
  • Manages metadata questions with brand stakeholders in daily stand-up meetings
  • Release cleansed’ assets for final asset QA
  • Deliver system & user training
  • User account creation and management
  • Responding to user enquires
  • Investigating and supporting user requests
  • Manage the asset life cycle: Making assets available and archiving process
  • Metadata tagging
  • Publishing live material
  • Reporting
  • Develop strong understanding of clients’ creative assets, way of working, industry, and brands.
  • Work with team members to generate new ideas and solve problems.
  • Highlight any potential project risks to the team leadership.
  • Gain a solid understanding of campaign and advertising production.
  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent customer / client communication skills and presentation
  • Experience in a similar role within a Creative Agency, DAM company, Marketing company or similar
  • Relevant University Degree
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; a confident leader of meetings and calls.
  • Rigorous attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advance Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of media channels (social media, tv, radio)
  • Knowledge of digital asset formats
  • Ability to multi-task while being productive
  • Work well with others and be a teammate while also happy to work independently
