Job Description

Bookkeeper & Office Administrator

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Belgravia, London
  • Salary: Competitive
We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper & Office Administrator to join a small, dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about financial reporting and processes, and who is looking for the opportunity to take ownership of their work withina high net worth environment. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Processing payments, invoices, and producing monthly pay run reports.
  • Conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including profit and loss statements.
  • Preparing and filing VAT returns for one account.
  • Reconciling multiple accounts and approximately 15 staff credit cards.
  • Assisting main accountants with the preparation of end-of-year reports.
  • Overseeing all credit accounts with suppliers.
  • Maintaining and reporting on the property management system (training provided).
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven comprehensive knowledge of Xero.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
  • Comfortable working both within a team and autonomously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid working model in the future.
