Job Description

A great opportunity for a recent Engineering / Scientific Graduate or a strong interest an Engineering.You will gain full training and development with superb opportunity to advance your career.To support the Head of Delivery with general engineering tasks in order to install in-building systems. The role will include the survey, design, installation and ongoing operation of mobile network solutions in customer premises across the UK.

  • Completing site surveys using radio test equipment
  • Producing site designs using carrier wave or predictive test tools
  • Producing survey and design documents
  • Install and commission transmission and IP routers, cabling and Femtocell equipment
  • Carry out post integration testing
  • Prepare documentation
  • Carry out operational monitoring and fault fix activities.
    • The ideal candidate will;
  • Science or Engineering degree qualified or a strong interest
  • PC literate and able to use word, excel, with ability to quickly learn Radio engineering software packages (TEMsand iBwave)
  • Understanding of GSM, WCDMAand LTEstandards and messaging protocols a bonus
  • Knowledge of general network principles, switch configurations and routers an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Good customer and stakeholder management.
