Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Account Director to join our talented Client Services Department.This role sits in our Head Office in London and will work across all our business.A little bit about you:As an Account Director, you will:

  • Manage a team that delivers large and complex client solutions.
  • Have strong Financial Acumen
  • Be able to facilitate multiple clients with your expertise
  • Build strong client relationships that are open and mutually beneficial, enabling you to be a hugely valued contributor within our clients marketing plan and objectives.
  • Ensure that your team is delivering committed business to the highest quality, within agreed timescales.
  • Work collaboratively and constructively with our expert teams to ensure that our work is of the highest quality.
  • Work autonomously on client activity and well within a team also.
  • Work with your BD and the senior Client Services management team to drive and deliver the client strategy.
  • Harness all the expertise in our business.
  • Be an effective negotiator with the ability to compromise when required.
  • Always take a cross-company view.
  • Be flexible to travel to clients and Bristol office when required

  • Building client relationships and using strategic partnerships to drive growth.
  • Understand our proposition bank
  • Interpreting and understanding KMMS propositions to uncover opportunities with existing clients.
  • Be a brief maker not brief taker
  • Contribute as part of a team of experienced marketing activation specialists. Identifying opportunities or challenges, then providing recommendations and support to the client as well as internal teams.
  • Build the role of Client Services
