HR Business Partner| Staffordshire | Hybrid working | Up to £40,000Cherry professional have a great opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join an expanding, fast paced company, supportung the Senior HR Business Partner not only with the transactional HR Responsibilities, but to partner with the 2 managers onyour site and have the opportunity to work with the Senior HR BP on some exciting engagement projects whilst also taking responsibility for improving certain processes. Supporting the HR Business partner for your area of the business, you will be responsible for signposting managers on ER queries, payroll, policies and learning and development. Providing administration support where necessary and support with monthly HR reports. Responsibility over time will evolve and you will be involved in:Investigating and resolving day-to day employee relations issues either directly or through line management.Advise line managers and employees on policies, procedures and terms and conditions.Managing disciplinary and grievance cases.Supporting the Senior HRBPwith high risk disciplinary and grievance cases.Managing absenceincluding long term sickness.Coaching managers on employment lifecycle processes.Supporting the recruitment, on-boarding and induction of new employees.This role will give you lots of opportunity to work with the wider HR team at Head office.In order for us to consider you for this role, we are looking for:Somebody educated to degree level (preferablybut not essential),CIPD qualified.Impeccable record of being discreet and trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information.
