Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Learner Engagement/Employment Consultants for a full-time, permanent basis working in Elephant and Castle and will be travelling around London. Our client are an award-winning training provider who have been at the forefrontof providing people with skills and knowledge to support their future. They are looking for someone passionate and self-motivated that can deliver ESOL, Digital, CS and Sustainability courses and to build relationships with the local referral partners andspeak to them about the benefits of this programme.Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver courses like Digital, ESOL, Sustainability and CS
• Build relationships with the local referral partners and speak to them about the programme
• Recruiting learners for the programme and supporting them develop their employability skills
• Ensure that all records are up-to-date and accurate
• Ensuring to meet and exceed targets

Experience and Skills

• Sales or learner engagement experience in employability
• Experience in recruitment and worked with AEB, ESGF or traineeships
• Passionate and self-motivated to build relationships with the local community and referral partners and speak to them about the programme
• Excellent communication skills
