Are you an experienced School Science Technician currently looking for a new roleU-Educate are working closely with secondary schools in Birmingham and surrounding areas assisting them with the recruitment of talented Science Technicians. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who has vast experience as a Science Technician within a school and is looking to utilise and share their knowledge in a new school environment.As a full time Science Technician, the school will expect you to essentially perform as if you were a permanent member of staff. You will be expected to carry out the following duties:* Setting up practical lessons* Assisting in demonstrating practical lessons* Providing support to Teacher and Students* Maintaining Equipment within the classroom* Ensuring health and safety is being adhered to at all times* Purchasing kit/equipment* Ensuring practical work areas are safe and hazard free* Training teachers and students when requiredU-Educate are keen to speak to experienced school Science Technicians who are interested in working in schools.
