Title: Business Processes Coordinator - 37529Division: Manufacturing EngineeringContract Position based at: Castle Bromwich, SolihullRate:up to £27.30/hr Ltd (c. £21/hr PAYE option)Position Description:The Data & Analytics team: Utilises sets of information/data and through data analysis create reports / dashboards / insights which can inform decision makers on areas for response. This can be in relation to emerging trends or internal performance metrics- manage, centralise, organise, categorise and synchronize data according to the business rules. They also manage issue resolution, for example in relation to data quality issues.Skills Required:DISCOVERY PHASE Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques. Liaise with internal and external customers to fully understand data content. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and automationof processes working in collaboration with IPA/RPA team. Validate financial benefit of the proposal. Carry out best practices investigations.Experience Required:DEVELOPMENT PHASE Set up and maintain automated data processes. Utilise tools to support data validation and cleansing. Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key sets of manufacturing data and analytics projects / initiatives. Manipulate, mine, analyse and interpretlarge, complex data sets relating to the Manufacturing function and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool. Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools i.e. data dashboards, graphs, visualisations.Ensure best practice UX/UI principles are embedded. Define the data and identify assets within their different data domains. This ensures there isnt conflict with other data elements. Maintain quality of the data using customer feedback, concerns, questions;internally reporting metrics; evaluating and identifying issues; and coordinating and implementing corrections regularly.Experience Preferred:Advanced knowledge of key business systems and processes, e.g. MQOS, JLR Way etc. Evidence of leadership ability and interpersonal skills. Strategic perspective. Knowledge of Technology Forums. Knowledge of Innovation Challenge, Innovation App etc. IT Skills(incl.
