Like us, you know that customer service isnt just about providing a service - its about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding. You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.About YouFor this role, we are looking for you to have previous Automotive Service Advisor experience; this is essential for you to be considered. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines. In addition, you will have time management skills and have a proactive approach to customer service. If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. Depending on the role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history.
