Job Purpose: To assist with the recruitment of HGV Drivers to ensure the Company has the required number of drivers at anyone time to ensure business needs are met, ensure all drivers irrespective of employment status are compliant and have the required licences/documentation in place. To take responsibility for the management of site safety, load safety (movement in transit) report incidents, accidents and analyse data to fulfil the requirements of the Company ensuring customer complaints are dealt with efficiently and in a timely and cost-effective manner.Qualifications/ Job Training
