Job Description

Onsite Logistics Coordinator £25,000Parrington, Manchester.Clemence Rogers are working in conjunction with a leading transport organisation in the recruitment of a Onsite Logistics Coordinator to take responsibility for developing long term commercial relationship with a key customer and its subsidiary companies.The Coordinator will be required to interact with primary contacts and stakeholders in the assigned customer(s), develop the commercial and operational relationships on behalf of our business and all of the various internal partners within to satisfy theservice requirement and ultimately produce volume growth. In return you will receive the following benefits:Benefits £25,0000, pensions scheme, health care, 28 days holiday including bank holidays, this role will be working Monday to Friday 08:30am5:30pm.As the Key Account Coordinator you will be responsible for:

Operate as a lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned customer(s) developing trust and reliability
Input and monitor all bookings from data input to completed deliveries
Track all vehicles completing collections / deliveries
Monitor and report ETAs on all collections
Compete daily / weekly failure reports for all deliveries
Responsible for all Customs / export paperwork for all collections and deliveries
Booking in deliveries
Email delivery/ collection confirmation
Email failure notifications ahead of a planned ETA

As the Key Account Coordinator you will be have the following:

Able to work on own initiative
Ability to identify, capture and promote inter-company synergies in the development of key accounts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven relevant experience preferably in a logistic environment
IT Skills (Excel, Access and Word or the like)
Presentation Skills
Good solid communicator
Flexible approach to work and working times
