Maintenance AssistantLocation: Carrington M31 4QNSalary: £20,000 per annum with excellent benefitsContract: Full time, permanent.Hours: 40 hours per weekAbout usAt Saica Natur, were committed to the circular economy. The consolidated turnover of the multinational group is over 3.5 billion Euros.About the roleYou will support our Maintenance Technician in both planned and unplanned maintenance delivery across the plant to achieve greater than 95% availability in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner.Maintenance Assistant - Key Responsibilities: Compliance with all H&S regulations regarding equipment installations and, maintenance and daily inspections reporting any operational issues Assist the Maintenance Technician with both planned and unplanned maintenance to include regular cleaning of the plant and equipment Maintain accurate records against planned/unplanned maintenance and support spare parts stock checking Completion of defect report in a timely manner and including reporting to the line manager Manage the relationship with maintenance subcontractors in the absence of line management Adhere to all site QHSE rules, reporting hazards and near misses in a timely mannerTo apply for this opportunity, you will need: Practical understanding of a plant/manufacturing environment.
