Job Description

REED Business Support are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant with one of our fantastic clients based in Saltburn.Role:3 months temporarySalary:NegotiableHours:Monday -ThursdayMain duties:

  • To answer incoming calls to the switchboard and intercom system.
  • Preparation of all external mail ready for collection.
  • General Administration.
  • Ordering of stationery, including taking delivery and handling any queries.
  • To maintain and updaterecords on the appropriate ICT systems.
  • On-line ordering of stationary for Head Office as and when required.
  • To provide cover across the team as and when required.
  • Support senior management
