Our commitment to excellenceand personalised service has earned us a reputation as a customer-centric dealership that sets the benchmark in the automotive industry.As a Brand Expert, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a warm and professional welcome to all customers entering our showroom. You will be the first point of contact and the ambassador of our brand. Your role involves understanding the diverseneeds and preferences of each customer, guiding them through their journey, and assisting them in making informed decisions.Key Responsibilities:Greet all showroom visitors with a warm, friendly and inviting manner, creating a positive and memorable first impression.Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their motoring preferences and aspirations.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the vehicles in our stock, highlighting key features, performance capabilities, and technology.Provide insightful advice and recommendations to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.Assist customers throughout the test-drive process, ensuring their safety and comfort while on the road, whilst being able to answer any questions.Collaborate with our sales team to facilitate seamless customer handovers and maintain transparent communication.Manage telephone and online enquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments efficiently.Maintain the showrooms cleanliness, organisation, and appealing presentation at all times.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive manufacturer offerings.Requirements:Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with customers on a personal level.Well-groomed and professional appearance, projecting a positive image of the BMW Centre.Strong organisational abilities, with the capacity to multitask and manage time effectively.Proficiency in computer systems and office software.A valid drivers license would be of benefit.Why SytnerSytner Group are delighted to provide an industry-leading benefits package.We are passionate about continuous improvement and building an environment where everyone feels valued, appreciated and able to reach their full potential.
