Infrastructure Project Manager - remote based with 1 day per week on-site in Cardiff as a minimum.6 months initially - very good chance of extensions£450-700 p/day++ deemed Inside IR35 - must be through an umbrella company++7th March 2022 start date.We are urgently seeking a Technical Project Manager with a range of both Infrastructure and Network upgrade / replacement project experiences for our financial services client.The team youre joining are responsible for the delivery of all projects associated with the IT Infrastructure. Reporting directly into a Programme Manager, you will be allocated a sub set of the projects to deliver. Youll manage and co-ordinate the fulllife cycle of a project from the design phase to implementation and operational hand over into operational support. Creation and management of all project governance documents such as PID, RACI and Requirement documents will also be needed.The skills and experience ideal mix would include as many of the following as possible: 3-7 years of hands on project management experience with relevant experience in the following areas:o Wintel Server upgrade projects (Windows Server, Citrix, AIX)o Desktop Replacement projects (Windows 10)o Storage infrastructure upgrade projectso Email and Collaboration based projects (O365, SharePoint)o Network infrastructure upgrade projectso Telephony upgrade projectso Hands on experience of Azure cloud based data solutions (desirable)o Hands on experience of Oracle database upgrade projects (desirable)o Hands on experience of Devops / Automation projects (desirable) Experience in the following technologies are an advantage:o Windows Server 2012, 2016o Office 0365 / Azureo Windows 10o Oracleo WebSphereo DELL EMCo Network switches including Cisco and Palo Alto Familiar with GDPR and other data related regulations Right to work in the EU and the UK.If this sounds like you and youre available to start within the next few weeks please don#t hesitate to apply, thanks!
