Your leadership and project management skills will drive positive change and success for our clients and our business.You are going to join an ambitious team that is a vital part of Peppers success, and we cant wait to speak to you about what you can bring to this role.Your main responsibilities would entail:

• Working closely with clients and internal business stakeholders to understand, elicit, and develop requirements for client change requests
• Developing a deep understanding of current system behaviour to ensure optimal solutions are proposed in the responses and specifications
• Working closely with the development and testing teams to ensure the developments meet the specifications
• Managing the delivery of client change requests including client expectations, timelines, schedules, and delivery dates
• Updating the internal Change Management System to store all project change documentation and ensure it accurately reflects the status of all discussions, agreements, and any developments
• Authoring client-facing documentation to support the analysis of change requests

• Have proven experience of writing software specifications in a business environment
• Have experience of dealing directly with clients and managing key B2B relationships
• Have financial services experience
