Job Description

About the role:Were looking for a self-motivated and proactive Showroom Manager to join our busy and successful team in Cardiff.You will be responsible for:

  • To drive sales and margin within the showroom
  • To build and maintain good relationships with customers
  • To identify & generate potential new business and sales leads to develop new business
  • General running of showroom and managing P&L.
  • Designing bathrooms and generating quotations
  • Lead a motivated and engaged team
  • To implement showroom strategy and meet set KPIs and targets
About You:
  • Were on the lookout for a highly organised, friendly and approachable individual with excellent communication skills and a real passion for great customer service, design and sales.
  • Any previous experience as a Showroom Manger within a bathroom, kitchen or furniture environment would be welcomed. However, this is not essential as we welcome applications from Consultants or Advisors currently in a bathroom or kitchen designer role thatis looking to take the next step in their career, as this role offers great opportunity for development.
  • We are ideally looking for people that have gained experience within the bathroom or kitchen sector that has gained experience and a proven track record in proactive sales where you have developed new sales leads and business, as this will be a requirementfor the role.
