Job Description

Role: Service AdvisorLocation: CardiffSalary: £24,000 - £26,000 + BonusHours: Full time I am delighted to be working alongside an outstanding car dealership based in Cardiff, Customer Services is at the absolute heart of everything they do and they uphold the absolute highest of standards at all times.Service Advisor - Duties

  • Maximise profitability
  • Maximise customers awareness of all available retailer services;
  • Ensure highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times;
  • Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration;
  • Dealing directly with incoming phone enquiries
  • Concise explanation of costs to customers;
  • · Retention of customers
Service Advisor - Experience and Skills
  • Use Of Kerridge/ADP/Keyloop
  • Previous experience working in a main car dealership
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Accurate Administrator
Service Advisor - Hours and Benefits
  • 8-5:30 Monday - Friday
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays - 8-13:30
  • Generous holiday allowance increasing with length of service
