A highly esteemed global construction consultancy is actively seeking an experienced Senior CDM Consultant / Principal Designer to become an integral part of their thriving Cardiff team.This presents an incredible opportunity to join a team of dedicated consultants renowned for delivering exemplary health and safety guidance across a diverse project portfolio.The Senior CDM Consultant / Principal Designer roleThe successful Senior CDM Consultant / Principal Designer will engage with a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from SMEs to large blue-chip corporations, across both public and private sectors.As the new Senior CDM Consultant / Principal Designer, you will be immersed in a variety of projects including commercial, residential, education, MoD, MoJ, sports, nuclear, and retail sectors.This role demands a proactive individual capable of providing comprehensive Health and Safety consultancy services, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance on every project.The Senior CDM Consultant / Principal Designer

  • Proven experience as a Senior CDM Consultant / Principal Designer, with a strong background in delivering health and safety consultancy services across various sectors.
  • A deep understanding of health and safety legislation, including the CDM Regulations 2015, and the ability to apply this knowledge effectively to diverse projects.
  • Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH Construction Certificate, and membership in professional bodies such as IOSH or APS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, design teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development, staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.
