Are you a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant that is Fluent in Arabic Are you looking for your next exciting challenge in secondary educationReed Education Cardiff is recruiting for an Arabic Teacher Assistant for Grade 3 for a long term role. This Secondary School is a mixed school based in central Cardiff who truly value the contribution of support staff in the learning process, this schoolsare easily accessible and from most locations and have fairly accessible public transport links.You will be a committed individual who is truly invested in the progress of learners with the sincere belief that all pupils can achieve their full potential. You will be an individual who has been involved with learners on a 1:1 support basis. You willhave resilience and be prepared to take on the unique challenges of 1:1 support roles. You will be a flexible individual who can adapt in any given situation and will have an understanding of behaviour management strategies to ensure positive and purposefullearning environments and experiences. Formal Teaching Assistant qualifications, the ability to speak Arabic fluently.Working hours - 9am to 1pmThe RoleYou will be a highly-motivated Teacher Assistant with demonstrable behaviour management strategies;Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills;Able to provide meaningful learning experiences with a sincere desire to see all learners succeed.Requirements for the Role:EWC Registration;At least three months worth experience of working with children;A clear DBS and excellent references;Applications from NQTs welcome.The position is to start as soon as possible (following successful reference, interview and DBS check) and therefore will not be open for long, register your interest today if you wish to be put forward for this role.
