This Secondary School is a mixed school based in central Cardiff who truly value the contribution of support staff in the learning process, this schoolsare easily accessible and from most locations and have fairly accessible public transport links.You will be a committed individual who is truly invested in the progress of learners with the sincere belief that all pupils can achieve their full potential. You will be an individual who has been involved with learners on a 1:1 support basis. You willhave resilience and be prepared to take on the unique challenges of 1:1 support roles. You will be a flexible individual who can adapt in any given situation and will have an understanding of behaviour management strategies to ensure positive and purposefullearning environments and experiences.
