Domestic Heating for Social Housing Via Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Social Landlords and Councils Company - Long established, global manufacturer, invests in workforce, long term serving and high performing national team with a large internal project and technical support team.Location - South WalesIndustry - Domestic Electric Heating, Domestic Ventilation, Heat Pumps, Renewables, Boilers, Hot Water Cylinders, Radiators, Solar PV, Heat Recovery Units, Underfloor Heating, Biomass and Unvented Hot Water Systems.Benefits - Part of an industry specialist team working for a market leading manufacturer selling the latest in energy efficient electric heating, renewables and ventilation products that are compliant with the off gass 2025 legislation.Candidate - Successful salesperson within the industry selling into social housing project specifications through local authorities, housing associations, social landlords and councils.The PositionThis is a brand-new Sales Manager position that has been created due to unprecedented growth working for a global provider of domestic household electric heating, ventilation and renewable heating systems. You will manage existing relationships and developnew clients primarily with local authorities, housing associations, social landlords and councils to secure domestic heating specifications. You will have an industry leading product portfolio of the latest in energy efficient electric heating, heat pumps,underfloor heating, heat recovery units, hot water cylinders, radiators and ventilation. This is a unique opportunity for the successful candidate as this company is already selling electric heating solutions that meet the 2025 off gas legislation.The Package

Experience RequiredThis is a highly specialist role in a team of experienced Sales Managers so you must have a successful sales record selling specified products into social housing projects via local authorities, housing associations, social landlords and councils. If youhave actually sold domestic heating, plumbing systems, ventilation or renewable technology e.g. solar thermal, heat pumps (ground source / air source), biomass, heat recovery or underfloor heating into residential project specifications then this would bean advantage but please still apply if you have sold other technical products into social housing, you have an established network of clients and a portfolio of successfully completed projects.The CompanyThey are a leading manufacturer of residential heating, ventilation and renewable technologies with an extensive portfolio of premium high quality products, providing the latest in energy efficiencies and industry regulatory requirements.
