Job Description

Red is recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager looking for the next challenge in their career. This position is located in Cardiff with hybrid working options available along with number of fantastic benefits, including +£15K OTE.   • Salary: From £35,000 per annum, +£15K OTE (DOE)
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Location: Hybrid / Cardiff

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Manager:
  • Managing and leading team to achieve goals, target and KPIs
  • Gaining and sharing a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of products, markets, and competitors
  • Supporting recruitment and selection process for new hires
  • Dealing with any customer issues that are escalated to above advisor
  • Collaborating with management team to align all actions with business goals and strategy
Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Manager:
  • Proven track record of managing teams to achieve sales, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets
  • A strong work ethic with a focus on delivering business results in a team-based environment
  • Protection/PMI Insurance Products and Processes experience
  • CII Certificate in Insurance (or be prepared to work towards)
  • Knowledge of development and coaching techniques
