Job Description

The RoleAre you someone who is passionate about putting customers first, progressing your career, and having varied working days If yes, then this role could be for you!At Saint Gobain Glass we are looking for a customer focused individual to join us as a Sales Administrator, helping to deliver Administration support at our Cardiff branchSaint Gobain Glass is one of 30 Saint-Gobain brands. Saint-Gobain Glass manufactures and distributes environmentally friendly flat glass for the commercial and residential markets in the UK & Ireland.What you will be doing:Our sites are busy places, with lots going on inside and out, and whilst the exact duties may vary here is a taster of the role.Dealing with customers on the phone, over email and face to face

  • Processing orders accurately and according to timescales
  • Admin support to the wider team
  • Providing Quotations
  • Purchase Ledger, dealing with suppliers
  • Stock Controls
  • Invoicing
  • Creating delivery schedules
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous priorities
What we are looking for:We are looking for a Sales Administrator - you can have experience in any industry. Microsoft Excel and SAP experience are highly advantageous.
