Job Description

Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Risk Assurance Manager for a local, people focused independent consultancy. The Risk Assurance Manager role is part of a truly unique organisation. Their approach to their staff has extended to trialling a four day working week- that if proved successful, will be permanently embedded. Overview of the roleThe overall purpose of the Senior Risk Assurance Consultant role is to:

  • Support the senior leads in overseeing delivery of the Risk Assurance (aka Internal Audit and consultancy) service.
  • Deliver a range of audit and consultancy engagements at clients sites, including those of a more complex and specialist nature.
  • Supervise team members to deliver required audit plans.
  • Support less experienced team members with their ongoing training and professional development.
  • Ensure that engagements are delivered in line with international auditing standards, regulatory requirements and client expectations in relation to professionalism, cost effectiveness and quality.
Knowledge / Qualifications:
  • Hold a relevant professional qualification, for example PIIA/CIA, ACCA/ACA or IRM, or equivalent experience which evidences the appropriate calibre for this post.
