  • Remove waste from the designated waste bays.
  • Transfer waste materials.
  • Use of a counter balance ( Fork lift Truck ) for the transport of waste materials / bins.
  • Use of baler & loading shovel.
  • Maintaining overall cleanliness of the site.
  • Report all service and safety concerns.
  • Check equipment and mobile plant before using them.
  • Keep the site clean and tidy.
  • Inspecting waste received at the Waste Transfer Stations.
  • Minor maintenance to plant equipment such as bulb changes and oil level check.
  • Complete and report the daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance of the Mobile Plant.
  • Plant operation (where trained)
What are we looking for
  • Forklift (counterbalance) licence or experience would be advetangerous
  • Basic understanding of Health & Safety
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
