Job Description

Are you an ambitious individual looking for a career with real progression Do you want a role in a team where you have a serious chance to grow We’re looking for a motivated recruitment consultant to join our UK team!Duties for a Recruitment Consultant include:

  • Utilising social media, job boards, internal databases & networking to source candidates
  • Conducting interviews over telephone/Microsoft teams
  • Highlighting strong/qualified candidates & passing to relevant recruiters
  • Identifying & approaching prospective clients
  • Designing & executing innovative candidate attraction campaigns
  • Regularly reviewing and driving improvements to candidate attraction methods
  • Discussing multiple roles with candidates
  • Building strong relationships with candidates & clients
  • Negotiating with both clients & candidates
